If your policy is not working to your satisfaction:

1. You must contact us and describe the problem
2. You must give our computer programming technicians time to fix the issue
3. Our guarantee does not apply if the server is not configured correctly
4. Our guarantee does not apply if your scripts interfere with P3P

A refund will be given if we cannot find a programming or server configuration solution that works.
