P3Pbuilder was not built in a basement or somebody's garage. It was made by a few programmers fed up with trying to understand how cookies got blocked on their web sites. We found we were hindered by the technical details surrounding the P3P specification and set about to make some sense of the mess. Out of this project more was learned than one could imagine. Instead of letting all this corporate knowledge just reside in our visual studios project we decided to make a utility to help programmers just like us.

So, P3Pbuilder was born. Our intention was to make it easy enough to prevent a lot of problems for site administrators as well as making it robust enough to satisfy site programmers. This site reached fruition in 2004 and we haven't looked back since.

P3Pbuilder has not stood still all this time. It has undergone three major revisions to incorporate suggestions by you, the site administrators and programmers. With your help we hope to enjoy many more successful years.
